Roy, Alan, Rene, Leoni and Geena came over to visit us last month for a few days.

Needless to say, we all had a great time, and parted looking forward to seeing each other in Tanzania next October.

Here are a few photos.

Walter and Roy discussing how to prime the 700 Nitro Express cases, as we did not have any priming tool that would do the job.

Finally, they decided to improvise! If you look carefully at the above photos, you will see that Roy has put the primer in the case by hand. He then put a brass rod through the case mouth, the brass rod was placed on the ram, and Walter is holding a piece of metal against the top of the press, so that the primer can be seated.

Not very conventional, but it worked.

Roy shooting the 700.

Fluffy showing off to everyone.

Afternoon tea to satisfy Walter's cravings.

Geena with her favourite desert.
