just finished watching Doktari guide two women on the "Ruger's Adventures" show.
They are stalking Nyala, and there's some great footage of her working the bolt to load HER rifle just before she shoots a pretty small Warthog for camp meat. She shoots, the pig runs off, then Kevin works the bolt to load HIS rifle and they go after the pig. At least she reloaded this time before they find the pig.

Jeez...

Reminds me of an old military term: BRASS

Aim straight, shoot once.

Rich,

I'm left with the same question posed by Antlers and I 'd also like to know what your point is. I didn't see the show and what your implying went right over my head.

+3! Maybe African Big Game Hunting Forum?

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

I took Idaho's comments as to mean it really wasn't much of a show. As far as a hunt report, I took it as a report on a hunting show, kinda a toss up as to post location. I guess I am not as picky as some on the "proper" placing of posts. I just enjoy them.
