I was testing loads in my AHR 375 to find softs and solids that hit the same spot. I wanted factory only shells. Only these 300 grain woodleigh softs and solids by Kynoch did. Do any of you old african hands know who has them in stock? Reynolds don't, Midway don't and Kynoch only imports through reynolds.

Barnes will soon be selling the TSX and the ROund Nose solids in their factory loaded Vor-Tex ammo. I spoke with Ty a few days ago and they have the ammo ready just waiting for the go ahead. To reiterate, these will be round nose solids, not the flat meplat ones. Perhaps this setup will work for you. He said they were shooting for 2520 fps with them. Good LUck.

SG, Did you try Hornady FMJ and Remington (Swift) Safari ammo? Two of best factory stuff. The North Fork bonded is truly the best soft point in the world as my extensive test of all premium 458 ammo proved conclusively. Absolutely no doubt. So maybe check out smeone to reload for you? My 450 Dakota reloads using bonded sp and monolithic FN coincided perfectly. Andy

SG, EDITED TEXT 'CAUSE MISTAKEN HERE:Bought some of the new kynoch in .375 flanged magnum from Lewis Drake. Believe he has the belted rimless, too. In fact Drake has OLD kynoch ammunition and I bought it hoping it would work as a check for the new .375 double that Butch Searcy is building for me. MIDWAY has the new stuff, but the site says their 300 gr. Woodleigh softs are out of stock... Regards, Tim Regards

Absolutely. If it shoots well in your rifle, you cannot beat that Remington A Frame load. I have used it on two hunts taking everything from impala to buff and made shots from twenty yards to over 300. it is accurate beyond belief in my rifle and I handload A Frames and Hornady Interlocks for range use that are quite accurate. I bought a bunch in 2006 because I wasn't sure of my handloads for hunting then, having just begun loading for the .375, and had several rounds left over in 2009. Killed everything dead as hell.
