I am sort of curious ? How does one normally hunt brown hyena ? I was in an area for 6 weeks last year .. saw their tracks a few times .. But never got one visual in all that time ... ????

I've had decent luck with them over bait, but the two we took last year we just happened across while calling in jackal at night. Had two permits, took two brownies. Tough buggers, though!
