Hello I was wondering if someone could tell me about this photo. I may have even asked this question before. I have searched google and this forum for more info.
I recall reading somewhere that this picture was in a magazine. the photo was shot in Namibia and the elephant tusks aren't real. (if memory serves me)
Actually, I am hopeing and willing to buy a better copy of the photo to print in a larger size.
Any help appreciated,

The photographer is
Horst Klemm.The shot come from his book An African Journal filmed in Botswana with tame elephants
The model is a famous Czech model ?
The elephant's name is Abu from Abu Camp in the Okavango
When you bought his limited edition of the book the set of 2 prints came with the book
you could at the time not buy the prints alone because of rights held by the modelling agency .... or so the legend goes

Too skinny and flat.
Denise Milani would be a much better model. You wouldn't notiice the elephant!
