As Kathi explained to me the devil is in the details. This "deal" can actually end up costing you more than packages Kathi offers. Common sense tells you if this was a good deal it would be offered by travel agents........JJ

I would gladly book and have anyone interested in flying this route Washington Dulles to JNB. You do not need a travel agent to receive this fare you can go directly to SAA.Published fare is $747.00 plus tax and a service fee.

There are strict rules:

Instant purchase.
Discounted add on fares are not available with this ticket (example- Chicago to Dulles or JNB to Windhoek).
No changes of any kind once ticketed, even for a fee.
Valid for travel commencing on/after July 01, 2005. All travel must be completed by midnight on September 16, 2005

I woul highly recommend buying insurance if you decide to book this flight.
Insurance is available for airline tickets under $1500.00.

Has SAA done anything to improve the "Flying Cattle Car" situation? The difference in SAA btween 1999 and 2003 was unbelievable!
