lavacaHave in hand a Cites permit for importation of a leopard currently in Tanzania, so I know that's not a problem. Can't speak to other countries, but I've heard something is afoot regarding South Africa.

FrostbitGot permits for two leopards from Mozambique taken on the same hunt. Took 90 days exactly. Didn't apply until we returned.

surefire7My Leopard I took with Andrew at Royal Kafue last summer is ready for shipping right now according to my taxidermist. So, Zambia is OK as far as I know for the present.

crbutlerTo my knowledge, South Africa (although they voluntarily stopped permits this year, it's not the US.), Botswana (closed by them), Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania and Mozambique all are acceptable to the USFWS at this time.
Unfortunately, Eithiopia is not, and I am unaware if some of the newer areas (Uganda, Congo, etc.) are.
