Our friend Arnaud, PH of Tawisa in Tanzania is back and can be proud of his achievements.

ARNAUD'S WEBSITE

They have opened new areas in their tremendous zone in Tanzania.
So many elephants that it’s hard to believe
The last month, in 30 days, Arnaud approached 63 serious bull and among them, between 6 and 10 were top end trophies.
Here are the pics and the circumstances.

lion nuit

Selous,
This lion was seen the previous season and Arnaud decided to bait him after seeing his tracks. Just at sunrise the lion appeared and was shot under 50m. An old fighter.

During the day they hot saw fresh tracks of this lion.
They opted for calling him in the end of the afternoon, the American hunter and Arnaud each behind a black umbrella. The lion rushed and was shot at 20m. The blast made Arnaud’s umbrella fly and followed a period of uncertainty for Arnaud, but the shot was perfect.
A magnificent old warrior.

South Selous.
This lion was heard during the night and early morning they were approaching after finding fresh tracks. 2 hours of approach and then Arnaud called and the lion burst in and was shot at 20m.

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.
