The hunters or the hunted?
Just came across this while looking for info on hunting Thailand. It's a few years old so may have been posted before. I noticed the Groenewald connection.

One wonders why they'd hire hookers for this? I'm guessing that they might have been listed on the hunting license as a name to attach a license to, but their only real purpose was to provide entertainment.

Even if there was hunting in Thailand. It would probably be a waste of time. There are very few animals of any kind in any area outside of a national park/wildlife refuge.
If there are animals, they are quickly killed and eaten by the locals.
But you can buy about any kind of bird or reptile egg and the local market. cuckoo
