I am finally getting to Africa for the first time, for a little over a month this coming December and January. Unfortunately, I will not be hunting. My question is, is it possible to book a day hunt? Does something like this exist? I know the standard hunts are 7, 14, and 21 days, and the licenses usually reflect this. Still, are there any opportunities where a PH is not booked, and would consider a one day hunt? I will be in South Africa for the entire month, so the hunt would need to take place there. Thanks for any and all info.

Definitely possible, although 1 day will not do it justice. Maybe you can fit in a 3 day hunt over the week-end?

Except for the giraffe all the other animals have been taken 1 hour away from Joburg. However there is giraffe available there too if so wished.

Otherwise if you spare 4 days we could go up to Limpopo and still make it worthwhile. Where you can hope to bag around 4 + animals with two days travelling there and back and 2 days full hunting. So if we leave early from Joburg and late afternoon from the hutning we could end up with 3 full days hunting.
