I bought a ticket for the Save Valley Conservancy Raffle 10 day buffalo hunt. The drawing was to take place 12-1-10, but I haven't heard who won. Obviously not me. Anybody know?

Terry Anders sold the hunt for the winner at DSC. Evidently the winner could not do the hunt. It wasa heck of deal but I don't know the winner's name.

The Hunt was won by Bryn Williams. (son of Ant Williams the editor of the Fisherman mag).

On the subject of raffles:

The Keegan Langley Trust has been donated another buff/pg hunt by Mazunga Safaris (Bubye Valley Conservancy). Similar deal as the first raffle, 250 tickets, $250 each, international flights for hunter, etc, etc, to be drawn 30 April 2011, safari to happen 2011 or 2012.

Jenn Ryan will soon post a flier on AR regards this raffle. It includes a brief summary of Keegan's present condition. Sorry, the website is not very functional, we're working on it.

FYI the first raffle donated by HHK Safaris won by the Lewis' of SA, Texas, will be conducted in Chete later this year.

The second raffle donated by Mazunga and won by S Emary of CT, South Africa, was held in August 2010.

Once again and as always, the support from AR members is appreciated.
