Problem is that I can’t get in touch with anyone at their contacts to tell me when it will be done,

You might send him an email giving him all of the details on ordering two more belts, so he can get that information to Jim Wear, in order for Jim to get started on the additional belts. Great belts! Jim also makes knife sheaths, leatherman holders, and flashlight holders, etc. to match the belts, if you so desire. Good luck!
