Young Lion

Young lion still just a cub feasting on a Wildebeest kill.

I created this imagery by doing a heavy crop and added alot of intensity/drama on the original photograph that was submitted to Africa Wildlife Imagery by a very supportive AR member.

I'll be sending him an 8x12 print of this image...thank you my friend...another for the gallery!

Nice one Roland, I really like the way that came out.

I have not always been a huge fan of touched up photos as sometimes it feels like the "moment" has been changed and some of the reality has been lost. Sometimes the raw images have a character to them that can be lost with a lot of editing. You have a knack for knowing when to stop when it comes to altering a photo and that is a good thing to see. I like the sharp focus on the "meat" in this photo.

Good work, keep it up!
