Cats, I used him in 2004 to do shoulder mounts on gemsbok and springbok and also a zebra rug. I was very pleased with his work and he had a fast turn around time for me. He got the hides and skulls in April and they were completed and in my house by September. However, a friend of mine from the UK that I hunted with had a much longer wait. Not sure why, but it took right around a year for him to get his stuff and he had made no special requests that I am aware of. He was definitely pleased with the quality though so maybe that is worth the wait. I guess the bottom line is that the quality was way better than a couple of places I stopped by around Windhoek. Marlon's shop was a lot cleaner too. The staff had safety equipment to deal with the tanning chemicals and was just generally well kept. To me that means something in that he cares about the small stuff. It's hard to really see quality in photos, but I can email a couple of shots if you'd like. Kernel | |||
