I am going to zim to hunt in Feb. However on the way we are stopping in Cape town for a week. I am taking two boxes of 450 nitro with me to use in a friends double. I have printed off S.A. legislation saying permits can be issued, Has anyone had experience with this? Can anticipate a problem with S.A. customs?

You don't give enough info for an accurate answer and it will depend if you're taking the double or your friend is and if so, is he transitting RSA with you.

However, if you go to www.shakariconnection.com and then look at the Travelling With Firearms links that are halfway down the left hand menu, you'll be able to research it yourself and download whatever you need etc.

It's a big site (over 850 pages) so don't get lost!
