Thanks, Wendell, although I'm sure we'll still walk around even more than we do when hunting elephant!

Jorge, we're only going to SCI in Reno. Will you be there? I'd love to meet you as well.

I am really looking forward to hearing Justice Scalia speak on Saturday evening. He never fails to provoke and entertain.

Mr L,

see you there. For quick ID, look for me in my tan cowboy hat and probably Bronco Orange hoodie or T-shirt.

Thanks Wendell for doing that.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
Hope the weather improves as it is wet and maybe ice today.
Better tomorrows to all and Happy New Year!

The first day of DSC was fun as it was not too crowded and you could talk to most of the exhibitors at length, except the ever-elusive Ivan Carter who is much in demand. Wink I managed to exchange a brief sentence or two with Mr. Boddington when I picked up Safari Rifles II and the Carter/Boddington Elephant DVD. Mr. Boddington is also in much demand.

I hope to see some more familiar faces before the show is over. Well, Wendell's face is not so familiar these days as he was concealed behind the new full beard...

Everytime I went by Wendell's booth there were a bunch of folks there. I ask if I needed to stand out front and guide some of the traffic around his area, however he graciously declined my offer! Eeker

I trimmed quite a bit off before the show. It looked like Sasquatch exploded in my bathroom. What you saw was the new improved, short beard version of Wendell!
