Have just completed the NG 49 Elephant auction and purchased most of the tags. We are selling these on a first come first served basis.
The area lies to the south of our NG 47 concession and shares a common boundary with the Nxai Pan National Park boundary. The area has a fairly good record of good ivory and the last four bulls we took there were 70 pounds , 55 pounds , 64 pounds and 50 pounds. So there is a chance at good ivory, but obviously there are no gaurentees. We have allready allocated some of the tags but we do have avaialability in May 19-31.
