I vote for Roan but I've shot a couple nice Sable. I did not find Sable to be particularly difficult to hunt. They did not seem to be a wary animal compared to other species.

This is the old debate between brunettes and redheads. All things being equal, choose the red-head if you have to, you can always find another brunette.

But sable and roan are both gorgeous.
