Bummer, rest in peace Will.
I have his books, a cap, 2 wallets and an iphone cover from Will. He was one of a kind for sure.
After I posted my Buffalo riding report in 2011 he contacted me and wanted to meet at the DSC convention. We met and had a great visit. I remember those tall boots he wore. You couldnt help but like him.

RIP Will happy hunting in the hereafter.

Am very surprised he was ONLY 80!

Always enjoyed his banter about mules.
Always read his posts.

I also have a signed copy of his Elephant hunting book.

His heirs may have more inventory to sell and help with costs. I don’t know them at all, but it might be something close to them could ask.

I meant to be DSC Member...bad typing skills.

I only knew Bill from this site, and bought several wallets from him. My original lasted 10 years, riding in my back pocket everyday with sweat, dirt, and whatever else. I sent it back to him in the hopes he could repair it. He replied "Wow man you really used the hell out of this thing! I can't fix it but I will give you a good price on another one." It's in my pocket now.

When I was trying to find the perfect sling for my uncles 1951 M70 300 H&H, I saw one of his elephant slings and knew it would match the rifle ideally. It will most definitely see some action this fall. Thank you for everything Mr. Bill.

Another owner of Bill's goods and reader of his books. What a super life and great guy he was. What more can you ask for?
