someoldguyWhite North, a "necroposter" is one who posts on a very old thread, like "416 Wars." It comes from necromancy, which means the raising of the dead. When this happens you can usually expect some ribbing from other members. I've done it myself on more than one occasion when I haven't paid attention to the date when the thread was begun.

At the end you need to hunt with your rifle and kill whatever it is you want to hunt, being it at 2000fps or 2600fps – Low or High pressure. If you can shoot your rifle well you can use it in any situation, to do the job at hand.
what fun is all that? we want something to debate and endlessly argue over!

tim416I built a .416 Taylor for my first safari in 1995. I have a few other large bores but just simply like my Taylor. It does the job. I won't pretend that it's the best but I like it.
I am now building a .375 Chatfield Taylor. I handload everything I shoot and like the more "out of the norm" calibers because....Well, I just do.

My wife likes Donald Trump but she can not vote.
Anyone who says the government is stupid can not be all bad.
