Hey guys, which outfits do gun paperwork for travel?
Or arrange all the travel with guns?

Never been lost, just confused here and there for month or two

I had a good experience with TWG (Travel With Guns) in 2022.

We’ve used Patrick Wright with PWP Travel since he left TWG and went out on his own. No issues over several trips (with firearms).

. . . Patrick (and PWP) is the only person I will use. He’s a hunter himself and knows what hunters expect.

I used Riflepermits.com. They answered all my questions. In addition, Marius and Anna were fantastic greeters and facilitators at the airport.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from Travel With Guns. They were the worst service I've ever dealt with and almost completely ruined a 14 day hunt in Zimbabwe.

I went back to handling my own affairs; If I do it myself, I know it's done right.

Adel at Rifle permits left me stranded at Johannesburg airport this May. Gracey Travel (Michael and Bruce) bailed me out!

Won't make that mistake again.

Another vote for Patrick at PWP travel. He has served me well on every trip!

Patrick and his crew (some former TWG employees) are very reactive to travel issues, we recently had to leave Namibia several days early. My wife sent Patrick an email explaining the situation in the middle of the night Texas time. Less than 2 hours later we had exit options (expensive, but necessary), which he quickly handled. We once booked through Gracey Travel to New Zealand and had flight out of Christchurch cancelled due to about 1/4” of snow. We called and emailed for assistance in rebooking the 3 flights needed to get us home, no response whatsoever took two days and a bunch of money to get back to DFW. Some have good experience with them and that’s good, not so much for us.

+1 on Patrick Wright. Used him for the last couple or three years. Was on the phone with them today about Dutch permits. Always had great results.

Another plug for Patrick at PWP. He's handled my last 6 Africa trips and has me booked again for this October. Great communication and responsiveness.

TWG used to be good -- On last trip they were recommended by Outfitter ---- they totally foo-barred the whole deal. Never again. On other trips Gracey has been great.

OMG!-- my bow is "pull-push feed" - how dreadfully embarrasing!!!!!

Just came back from Zim. I received a email on the day of our departure from Delta at 5 a.m. Zim time that my Delta flight 201 was cancelled. Immediately contacted Debbie Gracy and they started the ball rolling to get us home. Ended up flying Air France Joburg-Paris-Atlanta.
Debbie's team in Joburg, Bruce and his helpers, can not be beat! The meet and greet, getting you through passport control, customs and rifle permits is fantastic!

Something to bear in mind.

Apparently all these service providers do a good job.

Most of the time.

But I have heard, privately, complaints about all of them.

I think sometimes crop up because of unforeseen circumstances.

Im sure this is true, but I would also guess unrealistic client expectations are as or more likely often
