I had some trophies shipped back from Africa and picked them up via importer at LAX (approx 7/22/04). Everything went smooth and had no problems with the process. I just received a Customs Form 4333A which says it is not a bill but it gives my social security as the importer number and a date of liquidation (6/3/05). Is this normal or is something wrong? I searched AR for From 4333A and came up empty.

You would be better off contacting the nearest U.S. Customs Inspector, than going by what you will hear on the internet, which may or may not be correct...
