Does Roe Deer count as DG?

Seems to be very rare to shoot any DG past 60-70 yards from the replies here.

Would be interesting to know what is the shortest non charging first shots people have made on DG.

20 feet on a Montana grizzly (long time ago), 13 yards on an Alaskan brown bear (this past September).
