A delightful book, written with much tongue-in-cheek by cartoonist and satirist John McCutcheon, describing his almost five-month safari in British East Africa in early 1900's. Some fascinating chapters, including: "Meeting Colonel Roosevelt in the Uttermost Outpost of Semi-Civilization. He Talks of Many Things, Hears that he has Been Reported Dead, and Promptly Plans an Elephant Hunt".

Definitely worth downloading as an e-book from Gutenberg! شكرا جزيلا, Saeed and 'tusind tak' Peter!
