Just had a look at their website.....Most incredible collection of trophies I have ever seen! Has anybody ever hunted with them? Are their concessions just that good or what is the story?

Yes. Their areas really are that good.

The company are a good example of you don't get what you don't pay for and that quality is never cheap.

There's no doubt the company are expensive but there's also no doubt they're worth every penny.

I'm guessing that these are the guys. They kill some amazing buffalo!

If you are talking about Tanzania Big Game Safaris, I've hunted with them twice(2001 & 2006--both 21 day safaris) and when I go back to Tanzania, I will hunt with them again.

Their concessions are not over-hunted(I've hunted out of their camps in Selous, Mwambesi (on the Moz border), Ibanda (on the Uganda/Rwanda border) and Massailand. Their camps are fantastic, as well as personnel and equipment.

Everyone is pricey in Tanzania, and air charters are horrific, but I felt they were worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Best regards, D. Nelson

Contact Raoul Ramoni directly - the owner. He does have some VERY good areas! Very expensive, but good hunting.

They also come to SCI, or at least they have in the past.

Raoul is a first class operator and has the best cats in Tanzania, hands down. For all to know he is the guy John Greeff works for in Tanzania and also where John got mauled by the leopard. Cannot tell it all but the things Raoul did for John to see that he had care, evac, etc. was simply amazing. I would never hesitate to hunt with his company.
