Great idea. But now I have motion sickness. Can you slow it down? Might add something about providing protein etc.

Seems like they took great care to salvage items like stomach, intestines, etc. Can you shed light on some of those items and their uses?

They use pretty much everything from the hippo. They cook with the intetines and stomach lining like tripe. The meat you see them cooking at one point is the hippo's heart. It was delicious, as thick as steak but tasting more like a liver.

iMovie limited my editing skills. It was either very fast like this or much slower which made it too long.

Amazing how big the stomach was. A third of their weight is in their stomach.

The meat the skinner eats at one point is hippo heart. It was delicious. Strips as thick as steaks
