Yes, I have used Elaine for my trip to Namibia this year. She's GREAT! Also met her at the Dallas Safari Convention and she is as nice in person as on the phone. Super at communicating and very helpful. That's my 2 cents!

I can not recomend them. They were slow to contact me about a change in flight. I had to find out my self during a pre-safari check. I could have missed my plane if I HAD NOT CHECKED THE FLIGHT MYSEF!

I used Elaine's services in 2002 and she did a great job. I discovered some problems getting firearms through Atlanta a couple weeks prior to departure and she was very helpful. When I wanted to investigate options with other airlines she even directed me to another agent so I could get a better fare.
