I tried to renew my subscription online and order 2 videos. I tried twice and got no confirmation or had my VISA card charged. It's been 2 weeks. Today I called their number 877-261-4226 and its not in service anymore. I don't have a fax or I would have tried that number. What's going on? I can understand a sign in the window saying, "Gone Hunting." But finding the phone disconnected is totally different. | ||

When I was at their office in Harare in August they were starting to switch to a different U.S. agent/printer.
