Namibia is trying to increase its CITES quota of leopard from 100 per year to 250 per year.

Thanks T. Carr. That is just the type of information I like to hear 5 days before going to Namibia to hunt Leopard!

Neat info! Of the little bit of Namibia I saw, I would think there are a lot more leopards than one might think.

Also, I have to wonder about how many leopards are trapped or shot by the natives and never reported as a problem animal. They're just glad the damn cat is dead.

Now, about this CITES/Cheetah situation...
