Below are listed most of the landmark legal developments in the devolution of wildlife ownership rights in southern Africa ... all except Botswana. Can anyone help me out with regard to Botswana. What's the legal status of wildlife in Botswana. Have there been any major changes in the legal status of wildlife in Botswana over the past 50 years? Thanks. Rhodesia: Wildlife Conservation Act (1960) Zimbabwe: Parks and Wildlife Act (1975) Namibia Nature Conservation Ordinances (1967 & 1975) Namibia: Nature Conservation Amendment Act (1996) South Africa: Certificate of Adequate Enclosure Law (1984) Also: any additions/corrections to the above list? Thanks again. | ||
