Ran into a gentleman who had been given short shift by a ph. He had a couple of major complaints all legitimate. One thing really bothered him though. The PH never sent the caracal he shot with his bow in the middle of the day. Now this guy is a once in a lifetime trip to Africa fellow. He is an honest hard working blue collar guy who makes great sacrifices for a trip like this. I didn't know him from Adam before this. So I told him I would see what I could do. Today I took him a caracal skull and said I have something for you. He was like a little kid at Christmas and the look on his face was worth every bit. Now I need to talk to Mr Dirk Faul and see if I can sort the rest out. Either way, I feel good and have a new friend. Now having said that turns out the 6 degrees of separation is more like two. He is friends with different people in my extended family and we never knew each other. So one small act of kindness not only finds me a new hunting partner, but renews some old ties as well. Pay it forward folks. Proof again it works.

Yes I know I just cant spell or anything else lately. Damn neurology problems have me all screwed up. I cant do math, remember without aides, spell, and lately continually pick wrong or inappropriate words. Frustrating to say the least. That said, I appreciate the polite correction. You would never know with all my degrees English was actually one of my favorite subjects. It upsets me to see the verbal and written skills of the majority now. Guess I fit right in. Roll Eyes

Mike, the nuns did it to me too but I do not edit others' comments. You can write how you want-I knew what you meant.
