Good day,

Just to inform the AR community and past and prospective clients that Roger Whittall Safaris will be at the SCI Reno convention, as usual. Booth numbers 524 and 526.

We look forward to discussing your African hunting aspirations, and helping you plan your personalized safari in one of our concessions, in either Zimbabwe or Mozambique.

Best wishes, see you there!

Guy Whittall.

Welcome to AR Guy. I know you'll come across many hunters who have hunted with RWS here, and enjoy some interesting and informative hunting discussion too. If you want, I'll help you post some ivory and/or any other photos you'd like to share, while you figure the ins and outs of posting pics etc. In the meantime, check out the RWS website trophy galleries Anton.

Guy

It has been about 6 years since my family has been to Zim to hunt with Pete Wood. I wish I could say we will be back soon but the way the economy has tanked I'm still trying to recover. We will be back as soon as we can. As far as I am concerned hunting with Pete, and especially for Buff, nothing could be better. No matter how much time has elapsed my kids(although the youngest is 26) still talk about how fantastic a trip that was. I look forward to the day that we can return. Hopefully Zim will still be available.
Please give my best to Pete and tell him he is not done with us yet so he should keep his liver in shape.
It was also nice to see a couple pictures of us in your pre 2012 gallery.
Good luck to you and your entire family and keep us in your future.

Thanks
Mike Hansen

Welcome to AR, Guy.

Yes I remember the cricket games that you played against India. That big grin, the big mop of hair, batting higher up, the peculiar run up to the crease .... I won't mention the scores though! Wink

Just kidding!

Wish you the very best.

Dino - I understand Butch will be at the show, yes.

Naki - you should have seen Guy trying to make his cricket comeback at a cricket fun day he organized for his dad's 70th birthday a couple months ago....What a laugh.

Woodley, good luck my friend, to you and Thierry. Stay safe and enjoy. If the natives start getting restless, start making your way to the airport Smiler

Cheers, Dave

Zephyr,
I had forgotten you lost all that weight before the hunt!
Good thing I looked again, or I might not have recognized you in Reno.
See you there. Maybe at the Santa Fe Hotel on Friday?
