Many of you have asked about this, so here is a heads up...

2018 DSC Legacy Convention
ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATIONS
DSC’s website will open for online hotel reservations on Tuesday, April 11, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.

The reservation process will be managed by Connections Housing, the official housing agency for DSC.

Tuesday, March 28 Informational email is sent out
Tuesday, April 4 Link to access the housing site will be emailed for your convenience. Reservations will not be accepted until Tuesday, April 11.
Tuesday, April 11 Reservations open at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Some important details to note:

The Omni Dallas is the headquarters hotel once again. We ask that you do not overbook rooms to allow everyone an opportunity to reserve a room at the Omni.

Reservations will be limited to three (3) rooms per transaction. These include online and/or with any of Connections Housing’s call center representatives.
All DSC hotels will be charging the first night’s room and tax deposit on or after December 13, 2017, and will be subject to a tiered cancellation policy.

Cancelling an existing reservation between November 1-21 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for each room cancelled. The cancellation fee will be processed by Connections Housing.
Cancelling an existing reservation between November 22-December 22 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for each room cancelled. The cancellation fee will be processed by Connections Housing.
After December 22, you will be subject to your hotel’s specific cancellation policy.
