I am awaiting shipment of trophies from my last trip to Namibia. Without going into too much detail it was the last trip my brother, father and myself will be able to take together in this life as my brother passed in September. My plan to take care of getting his trophies home has been to not notify the taxidermist, shipper, or anyone of this so as not to create an issue with the shipping home of his trophies. He and my father share the same name so I figured this would be the easiest method. As we are getting closer to shipping however there seem to be some roadblocks. Has anyone here ever handled or dealt with a similar situation of trying to get home what belongs to someone who is deceased? Appreciate any input I can get on this. I would contact D&L Custom House Broker of Chicago. Ask for Lisa or Laura, they will know. Dave Fulson

I'm sorry for your loss. I think it would be worthwhile to consult with Coppersmith or another broker. I meant to be DSC Member...bad typing skills. Marcus Cady DRSS
