EXCLUSIVE: Rat royal woos back his lover

Harry and Chelsy's jungle fumble

By Holly Jarvis

PRINCE Harry and gorgeous Chelsy Davy have flown to one of the most remote parts of Africa for a three-day sex safari.

The couple—whose relationship was rocked after we revealed Harry had cheated—slept in a tiny tent together under the stars.

And, except for a handful of staff and security men, the only company the lovestruck pair had was their own.

An eyewitness said: "They were incredibly close, holding and hugging each other all the time.

"This was their big get-together away from prying eyes and they made the most of it. Harry couldn't keep his hands off Chelsy. They also spent a lot of time snuggled up in their tent.

"When they emerged they were very tender, whispering sweet nothings."

Harry, 20, and South African-based Chelsy, 19, were first reunited in Maun, Botswana, last Tuesday.

The prince had originally planned to stay there, but the couple changed their minds on the spur of the moment and took a private, hour-long flight to the lovers' hideaway 200 miles away.

The camp, Shikawe fishing lodge, is totally secluded on the bank of the Okavango River.

Harry has been there before and knew it was the ideal place to get out of the spotlight and woo back the beauty.

Staying at the camp usually costs £20 a night, but to ensure their privacy Harry, 20, hired the WHOLE site.

The couple spent three tranquil days fishing in the river and taking trips into the game parks to watch the wildlife.

And it was about as down-to-earth as it is possible to get. As well as sleeping under canvas, they had breakfast in a rustic, open-air dining area with just a selection of cereals and local fruits to eat.

The bathroom facilities were basic too.

But it was the romance of the place that made it perfect.

Just feet from the entrance to the couple's tent was the water's edge where Harry and Chelsy sat together to watch the sun rise and set above the plains of Africa.

They also took a marsh boat to go fishing—another Harry passion—catching bream and tiger fish.

For their safaris they were taken by a 4x4 to areas where they could watch lions, zebras and elephants. They returned to camp before sunset and their evenings were spent simply relaxing together.

After their meal, they could have a few drinks sitting by a tiny outdoor bar close to their tent. The serving area is made of a cut tree trunk and the furniture is rough timber.

When the couple weren't cuddled up in their tent together they could play other games.

There was table tennis, with the table top propped up on oil drums. There was also a rickety dartboard.

But despite the romance of it all the break was always tinged with sadness — it was the last time the pair would be together before Harry starts his military training at Sandhurst next month.

Prince William has said his brother is madly in love with Chelsy. And now Harry's recent fling with Swedish beauty Alexia Bergstrom, 17, during a holiday in Klosters, Switzerland last month seems to be well and truly forgotten.

A pal said: "After all the pain of the last few weeks when Harry was linked to the other girl, this is the holiday that healed all the wounds.

"This was him proving his love and he did in the most romantic way possible. When Chelsy saw those headlines, doubts crept into her mind. She wondered if their relationship was going to hold up because they live so far apart.

"But now she knows how Harry really feels about her and nothing will come between them.

"They have declared their love for each other in a big way. This isn't a silly holiday romance, it's the real thing.

"Her friends know she is head over heels in love and the future looks great.

"Nothing is going to drag them apart this time. They're in love big-time."

And a witness at the camp said: "If there were any doubts about their relationship there aren't now. This was Harry clearly proving his love for her.

"They may have spent a long time apart but absence has made the heart grow fonder. They stared into each other's eyes and were oblivious to anyone else. This was their paradise. Surrounded by the wonders of the world they were just blissfully happy.

"Harry was very attentive and she thought it was so romantic. They were making the most of their time together and seemed so happy."

A local said: "They had a fantastic time. Harry wanted to show the place off to his girlfriend. They could have stayed in a cabin but chose to sleep in a small tent.

"This was Harry's last chance to be with her before he starts the Army and he wanted it to be perfect."

The boss of Shakawe fishing lodge, Craig Thompson, refused to comment on the holiday yesterday.

Harry, what a big fool. There he is in Botswana with an opportunity for some real hunting, and he spends all his time in the sack.

Is that sick or what? Smiler

I hope Miss Chesty Davy brought her .40 doubles along for Harry to fondle and play with.

Two blondies in the same month, Swedish Alexia

and now Zimbabwean 'Chesty', lucky little bugger.

The "rough" camp.

quote:
Their holiday accommodation has ranged from £20-a-night rooms to the luxury of a £1,000-a-night suite.

They have also slept under the stars and enjoyed outdoor candlelit dinners.

Another 'Chesty' photo. The wind-up key has just been removed.

20 pounds a night! What do Americans pay? In any case this should settle the debate over side by side vs. over and under doubles!

Usually the trophy wife is the 2nd or 3rd. Seems the young prince has learned to get one on the first try. Too bad his dad married a John Elway look-a-like. If I were his dad, I would throw rocks are Camilla to get a look at this trophy.

Lol, you guys are getting old, I'm only 19, and yes, I would go elephant hunting all day long, but I don't think anything short of getting stomped by a jumbo would make me too tired to still be pretty perky with her in the tent at night. Smiler

P.S.
No, I've never been elephant hunting before, and I know it's pretty physically demanding. I do know if I had to go someway, exhaustion paired from elephant hunting and being in bed with that girl would be at the top of the list! beer

Now don't be picking on the Windsors . . . any more than any other royal family! There is something about high-status males that fires up the hormones in voluptuous females, and they don't even have to be royal (remembering Camelot-on-the-Potomac and the Bubba presidency).

When hunting really big game, catch and release is a respected sporting technique. Of course, one would want to keep them long enough to get a true sense of all they possess. Being seen once or twice with a true trophy is not enough. The true hunter returns to the well of life many times.
