Biebs. In August I flew Delta to Joburg, Bulawayo, and Palaborwa with a 45-70 and .577 that weighed 52 lb in the Tuff pak without a problem.

We just returned from Tanzania 4 weeks ago, carrying the rifles in the Tuffpak. No issues at all as far as the Tuffpak was concerned.
