No, unless it is an exportable trophy which most are not. You might end up with a few bracelets if it has some tail hair, otherwise take lots of pictures.

In my case, I got to keep the hide, the ears and the tail hair. This hunt was taken in 2012 with Gavin Rorke Safaris. We hunted out of Matombo Camp in Dande North, which I believe is now run by Buzz Charlton. Two years prior to that, I was on a 2x1 hunt in Chewore South with Chifuti Safaris, and my hunting companion shot a tuskless that was similarly exportable. I did not think exportable tuskless hunts were all that rare. Of course now with the ban on import of elephant products from Zimbabwe, the whole discussion is pretty much moot.

Maybe they will lift it soon. Would be nice to have an elephant euro skull mount and some elephant ear paintings done and maybe some boots.

Do you really appreciate just how big an elephant skull is? It is not not going anywhere but on the floor.

Yes you can keep everything from a tuskless ele if it is from a National parks hunting area, but not from campfire / Communal areas.Of course won't help you if you are from the USA.

+1
Despite my advice to the contrary, my hunting companion had his tuskless skull shipped back from Chewore South. Not only did it cost him a fortune to ship it back, when it arrived, he realized it was so large, he had no place in his house to display it. He ended up giving it to our taxidermist in rural Virginia. It is now displayed outside his shop chained to a tree.

I saw one post where a gentleman had an elephant skull in his trophy/gun room on the floor and I thought it looked rather unique and different.

Figure out a way to use it to support a large piece of glass and you would have a cool table.

Yes it's cocked, and it has bullets too!!!

steel,

You'll need to figure out if shipping the skull is worth it or not financially but I can tell you the hippo and elephant skulls I have are major conversation pieces at my house when folks come over. A tuskless skull is going to be a lot smaller than a big bull so I don't see why it would not be fine in your house and the glass coffee table idea would work nicely in my opinion.

had items made from the hide of my tuskless and give them out as gifts. handbags for the ladies, wallets, belts and rifle slings for the guys.

Beats anything you can buy on Amazon.
