Kathi and I spoke just yesterday.

Working right down to the wire, she let me know that she had FedExed my airline tickets to me for October.

Last year, when I was after a problem lion north of Etosha, I called her twice from the bush on a satellite phone. Both times, on zero notice, she postponed my flights home and faxed the new flight information to my safari company in Windhoek.

In short, Kathi is the best.
