My unit leaves for Iraq 11 Aug and I just wanted to say goodbye to all and especially say thank you not only to Saeed for the gift of the CDs but to each of you for the great info you have provided me through this forum. None of you can know the enjoyment I have received from this forum.

My dream of hunting Africa started at age 10 with a 1953 Sports Afield magazine(which I still have) and a story of and Elephant hunt by Pat Hemingway.I hope 2007 will be my year to make my first hunt in Africa.

I will not have access to the internet in the AO we will be in but will check in every chance I get.

God bless each of you and may He grant all your wishes.

I want to personally thank not only yourself and your unit, but also the USA for having the fortitude and determination to do the HARD YARDS on behalf of the Iraq people and to give them a better life and government of the people.

You guys are doing the work that a lot of others countries governments ( whom shall remainless nameless) dont have the guts to face up to

My thoughts are with you your family and all your buddies in arms

Don't forget to duck and definitely watch your "6." That and lots of luck should get you back home safely.
