Trolls are really consultants! I'm ashamed that it took me so long to figure it out! It was right there all the time. There were the classic signs!

They knew everything, yet hadn't done anything! Everything they offered was great, everything you had wasn't worth a plugged nickel!

They could tell you 500 ways to make love to a woman, but they never had one!

I feel so much better now! Whew! Now I can ignore them without feeling like I'll miss Something!

Trolls = Consultants! Simple isn't it!

And if they tell you something and it doesn't work, the problem wasn't with what they told you, it was your implementation of it.

You offered no opinion at all, you simply asked a question.

I agree. In my opinion a Troll is someone that only causes trouble with know apparent contribution to the forum.

I am 55 and logged all my life.Lived in Idaho the whole time.I wouldn't even want to tell you about Africa and gun's as I don't have any experience at that. But I have alot on Hunting Elk in Idaho and living in the wild ,so to speak.

Just my opinion.Jayco.

Welcome to AR. Glad to have you with us. I've never hunted Elk, and perhaps never will. My knees are shot, and I had an ankle rebuilt. Perhaps someday I'll find a relatively easy place to hunt them, but I won't do a game ranch or enclosure hunt. Until then, I'll just dream.

Well Mike-I got retired early from logging do to M.S.But I never give up.Maybe this year I will get the disabled road hunter thing. But I am against it.Probably not. There's alot of Elk and Deer out there with just alittle bit of effort required.Every year there there. And best of luck has been my thing for quite sometime only on another forum.

Best of luck Jayco.

If trolls put one of these in every post, I wouldn't mind them here at all.

I still wouldn't read their crap. Just wouldn't mind their mulitple posts.

Aloha jaycocreek, like you I am a new poster here. Though raised here in Hawaii back in '81/'82 I had the privilage of moving to and living in your wonderful State of Idaho. Myself, and my wife of 6 six months moved to McCall to try life in "America" (watched "Jeremiah Johnson" one too many times). I did some archery hunting for Elk in the Cambridge (S?) area, and snow camping in Riggins where I counted 97 Elk in one day. Even ran into 3 Cougars up in Burgdorf while pre season elk scouting. Fished at Cascade Res. Saw snow for trhe first time. Met some of the most unforgetable people, true friends, no sign of prejudice, just warmth and friendliness great people Idahoans are. It was a great experiance for a couple of kids raised on an island all their lives. Just saw your location and had pleasant flashbacks. Just celebrated my 23 aniversary tonite. Our brief time in Idaho was a fine foundation I think. Sorry for rambling, have a great day. Aloha a hui hou from Hawaii.
