Just finished reading the May/June SCI Safari Mag. Yes, I read it. In the past most times I would leaf through it in an evening while watching the TV and round file. This time I read some articles, dog eared the last page so I could continue where I left off and continued next time I had a chance.
The hunting articles were very good but I will admit I don't read the "Life styles of the rich and famous" or the food and wine stuff and I will continue to skip the "mine's bigger than yours" hunting awards.
Overall a great turn around.

I just finished reading mine also. I had to look at the cover to see if it really was SCI's magazine. I hope this issue is a trend for the future.

Plus one here. Read this issue almost cover to cover. Even some of the ads seemed worth taking some time to go over. The article on "Ammunition Wine" (Jan./Feb.issue) was very interesting. Nice to see that there are some actual "real people" left in California. Since I cancelled my Sports Afield subscription last month due to all of the clutter of "Real Estate" ads and Shane Mahoney still involved, it's great to have SCI and Safari stepping up to the plate with some good stuff again. Thanks SCI.
