To look at a leopard you would think that you could see him easily but he has about the best cammo of all when he is hiding and doesnt want to be found. We were reasonably sure that he was dead but you never really know until he is in the skinning shead. And yes I will remember that evening until i get to old to remember anything.

Fantastic stories. They make me want to call a booking agent tonight. If I were Ray's client, I'd of shot that Lion with or without a tail.



I haven't had the opportunity to hunt Leopard ....yet. If Zimbabwe wasn't busy imploding, I'd be booked there for this summer.

Amazing!!! After my wife read your story she said you are a bad inflence on me since it just adds more fuel to the fire for us to go to Africa. Then she told me no leopard hunting unless she could come to. She is an adrenaline junky at heart, she just tries to hide it. We both loved reading about all your experiences.
