Ever used 300 gr. Swift A-Frame bullets in a 9,3 X 74 R?

How good? Loads?

The question I would ask is why? Can you not get Woodleighs or RWS? Aren't the velocities a bit low for an A-frame?

I have used them in the 9.3x62 with success, but I too prefer the Woodlieghs as they open with ragged edges and long pettles and seem to leave a much better blood trail...however for Buffalo the 300 Swift is a very good bullet choice indeed.

Ray, in your experience with the 9,3x62 compare the difference between the 286 Nosler Partition, and the 286 Woodleigh soft points.
Thanks.

The 300 gr. Swift is ment for buffalo. Of course I can get RWS TUG but I prefer partition bullets, ie Nosler and Swift.

By the way, ever used CDP bullets from Switzerland?
