Hi all! I've been doing a bit of reading about hunting in oddball places and I've come up with Senegal. There is a French operator under the name Africa Safari (very vague for google) and his camp is called Mako Camp. I found a website after some searching but the contact page will not process my message.

I was wondering if anybody could help me get ahold of this outfitter? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I looked at senegal some time ago and wasn't able to find a good operator for big game. There are many outfitters for wingshooting and warthogs.
Would love to get infos on big game if someone has first hand experience with senegal.

If you want to hunt west africa, I'd rather look at Burkina Faso or Benin. PM me for more infos.

bwanawannabe,

Maybe the Senegal tourism office in the U.S. can be of assistance. In the attached link, there is information such as the hunting season Dec-April, etc.

Good luck on your search.
