Its been a couple of years since I had to fill this thing out. In a couple of areas it asks for a postal code and gives 4 boxes, but our zip codes are 5 digits. Do you just make the 5 digits fit or put the 5 digit zip code with your postal address and put the 4 digit code that has been added to the zip code in the postal code section?

Just want to avoid any hassles.

Make it fit. That's what I have always done.

Put the 5th digit in the margin to the right.
