If it has pink eyes, it's a true albino. If not it is something in between. Of course it could always be a part of that program to breed a quaaga.

Saeed, I saw a white Giraffe last year in Western Tanzania which was very rare, but we were tracking buffalo and none of us had any camera at that time.

Yes, the nose and eyes are pink; an abino. Notice it has very faint or bleached-out stripes. It will probably have problems with sunburning.
