I dropped off my Musgrave 375 H&H K98 for a bit of a service at the gunsmith and picked it up today. He added a new recoil pad and reblued the gun again I must say it looks brand new again. One thing he did which I didnt ask but liked is the blueing of the action itself previously the bolt was all shiny metal and now it is the same colour as the rest of the metal parts no more shiny parts on my rifle anymore and it looks nice I quite like it. Frederik Cocquyt I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good.

Great. It looks tough and ready ALLEN W. JOHNSON - DRSS Into my heart on air that kills From yon far country blows: What are those blue remembered hills, What spires, what farms are those? That is the land of lost content, I see it shining plain, The happy highways where I went And cannot come again. A. E. Housman

That looks like a very nice rifle. I had a 98' Mauser in which the bolt got blued. It didn't seem as smooth as before, so I ended up polishing it back off. Now it is smooth again.
