Hi Charl, The first tender was withdrawn by Government as they felt the wildlife department's requests were a bit harsh and thus disadvantaged new blood. A new tender is due out shortly and the conditions will be more favourable. Apparently Chiefs will have more say as to who gets what. We will see.
