The load function is quite slow. I am betting you might have to wait a little longer. It looks like you managed to load part of a picture!

Also, the closer your pic is to 55x70 pixels, the better it will turn out.

Cheers,

Mine worked in "My Space" right away but it took a day to get it to work in my posts. My signature loads as a link instead of a pic though, I don't know how I screwed that up.

Another basic question, how does one strive for the pixel size? Is that a function of the camera or editing the file? Thanks for the input.

The original size of the picture is a function of the setting on the camera or scanner.

Here is some basic info for ya....The size of an image is usually expressed in pixels or inches. The true measure of size is pixels, however. The size of the image in inches is basically just a function of the number of pixels divided by the number of pixels per inch (resolution). Resolution affects printing quality but not display on a computer screen. Computer screens only display 72 pixels per inch. So a high resolution photo just looks bigger on your screen than a low resolution one.

To change the size of your image, you'll have to resize it with image editting software (or within a website that supports that function, like MSN). I usually use Microsoft Photo Editor (a program that comes with most Microsoft operating systems) or Photoshop to set the photo to the size I want, and then load the photo at a photo hosting site.

Cheers,
Canuck

Thanks for the info Canuck. Finally got the picture/file size and the pixels to work, but the quality sucks. I give up for now.
