My misses and me just returned from a 10 day COLOR trip through much of New England. Whilest there....amid all the wonderful colors of Maine & New Hampshire....I managed a quick trip to one of the places I've always desired to visit. The great Whaling Museum of NEW BEDFORD & NANTUCKET. Upon our return home, I read the recent thread concerning the near end of Elephant hunting in Botswana....of which I will be hunting with Graeme Pollock early next year. Also during this little trip, I was inspired to re-read one of my old favorites....."MOBY DICK"! Here is what I think Shipmates.....I encourage each of you to read again that great 24th Chapter of Moby Dick.....called "The Advocate".....and encourage someone of you, who has the gift of waxing eloquent with written word, to write such an Advocacy for those of us who hunt the great Grey Land Whale whilest there is still time. Afore society & indifference makes our Great White Ivory Teeth as rare as the Scrimshaw wonders of yesteryear. What say ye maties?

Brennan, I agree wholeheartedly. JudgeG and/or Fairgame would do a fine job. And if any photos are desired to accompany the text, I vote for Anton.
